01Three Tiers, No Surprises
What does each care tier include?
All three tiers include hosting, SSL, domain management, backups and uptime monitoring. They differ in included work hours, update allowance, reporting depth and response time. Plans are prepaid by term — 3, 6 or 12 months, a 3-month minimum rather than monthly billing; unused hours don't roll over, and annual prepay gets 12 months for 11.

Fair use, stated plainly: hours are capped, with at most one extra hour per month of overage and never without written approval. We don't promise unlimited support or same-day turnarounds outside Plus — we promise the response times above, and we keep them.

What care does — and doesn't — cover.
What is not included in a care plan?
New pages and sections, redesigns, new features, photography, and copywriting from scratch — those are quoted separately as small projects. Care plans cover hosting, security, backups, monitoring and the included update hours of your tier. Unused hours don't roll over.
What happens if I don't take a care plan?
The site keeps working — you own everything we build. You get 60 days of included care after launch; after that, unmaintained sites fall outside our defect warranty, and one-off work is billed at $40/hr. Most owners take Standard so updates and monitoring just happen.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are prepaid by term — 3, 6 or 12 months, with a 3-month minimum, not billed monthly. You can move between tiers as seasons change — many properties run Plus in high season and Lite in the quiet months. Annual prepay gets 12 months for the price of 11.
